Hot Dogs
Hot dogs are so common, we take them for granted. At times it can seem like we are surrounded by hot dogs. Nothing but hot dogs in every direction. Everything familiar and the same. People can seem like hot dogs too. People can become so familiar and predictable they can seem like the plain white bread bun the hot dogs are eaten with. If you are surrounded by people just like yourself, you might be a hot dog.
Lobsters
Lobsters are special. They are rare in some places and have great value. In other places they are common, like hot dogs are common in some places. Even if you think something or someone is rare they may be just a hot dog. It depends on your perspective. Someone else’s hot dog could be your lobster. And if you are just a hot dog you could be someone else’s Lobster!
